		<description>There are several areas similar to North Texas that didn't see a HUGE appreciation during the bubble, and those areas continue to have solid housing markets. The 'doom and gloom' reporting and crunch on loan approvals will hurt a lot of agents that got in during the boom, however. Definitely interesting times to be in the real estate industry.</description>
